OF ALL THE SINNERS I WALK BEFORE, I CAN'T DENY SOMEHOW YOU'RE SEEING IT cerise estelle leblanc , eighteen , host at tengoku de 7min PLOT THREAD — PROFILE — PHONE THREAD ♞ friends FRIENDS ✮ Cerise's circle of acquaintances is quite expansive, but unfortunately, the same certainly can't be said of her circle of friends. She can be quite a distant creature—her daily persona, for one, is characterized by a deep sense of enigmatic aloofness that only provides a brief glimpse into how truly private a person she is. Most people know little about her, and the fact is, most people bore her. Normality grates on her nerves, drives her slowly more and more over the edge each day. Cerise is precisely the kind of person who might lavish a new friend with attention, savoring someone new to invest time in, only to grow distant once she grows bored of them. In essence, her everyday life is ruled by boredom. Those who draw her attention are the ones who offer breaks in that boredom—the ones who are somehow different, who somehow understand the empty dullness that has come to encompass life as she knows it. The ones who remind her of herself—but different. For the most part, the few people who do manage to worm their way into Cerise's heart generally fall under this category. Although she often puts up a front of refined aloofness, Cerise can be surprisingly comical at times, which makes her an interesting person to hang out with. Picture her dragging her friends off on spontaneous outings during which they do insane stunts—assorted acts of mischief like that. For all her detachment and mystique, she can be surprisingly affectionate around those she trusts. ♜ enemies ENEMIES ✮ Although capable of being nice, Cerise is hardly the type of person who readily exercises her ability to do "good." Frankly, her perception of right and wrong is odd in that her sense of morals is completely lacking, hence her amorality. As such, a large number of people grate on her nerves to such an extent that she simply scorns them altogether, which gives her an infuriatingly haughty air at times that almost suits her refined appearance. Simply put, Cerise is a jerk. A bitch, if you will. She knows it, and she has no qualms about pissing other people off if it means amusing herself and getting what she wants. It's in this respect that she could easily have many enemies for any number of reasons. Cerise has a certain self-interested nature in that she looks out for herself above all else. Her friends take second priority, but even they matter to her, so she respects their opinions. To everyone else, however, especially the typical cookie-cutter varieties that she sees all the time, especially when she works as a host, she's all perfect smiles and sharpened claws, ready to shift mountains if it means eliminating someone she despises. Cerise doesn't necessarily hate everyone, though—she has a tendency to ignore the people who haven't done anything significantly harmful to her, for the most part. ♚ lovers LOVERS ✮ For the most part, Cerise looks down on commitment and relationships. In a sense, it's partially because she fears them—mostly because she dislikes them. She looks down on the idea of being so dependent on another person, like a puppet tied to someone's every whim. The pain that's typically associated with intimate romantical relationships is also a turn-off to her; why bother with such a thing when the negatives outweigh the positives? Rather, Cerise prefers casual relationships with few strings attached—flings, intimate moments with her closer friends, and the like. She's not a big fan of relationships based purely on the concept of love, and it's doubtful anyone would be able to change her mind. If you want to take a shot, be my guest, but the success rate of having a successful romance with Cerise is extraordinarily low, especially given her prickly personality. In spite of her aversion to love, however, she can be surprisingly crude at times. Then again, to her, lust could easily trump over love any day. Her partners are admittedly few, given how picky she can be about people. Nonetheless, Cerise isn't averse to the idea of affection—she's been known to have close relationships with other people. It's just that they aren't based on love—rather, they're often based on simpler primal attraction, mutual interests, or even just a sense of deep kinship. ♝ others OTHERS ✮ Given that Cerise is a host at Tengoku de 7Min, she has a number of clients whose whims she caters to. She could easily have some clients with whom she has purely businesslike relationships, or even people who try to pursue something greater. She could also have relationships with her co-workers—if your character also works at Tengoku de 7Min, for instance, I don't see why they couldn't be friends or even enemies, perhaps. |D I'd rather not have an final relationships or family members for Cerise though; given that people change, "finals" are relatively unlikely. As for family members, I'm not completely averse to the idea, but I haven't really planned for Cerise to have a sibling or anything, so you'll need a good plot to convince me to agree. Aaand, as for anything else, feel free to just tell me your ideas.
